Supporting The Ryleys School
The Ryleys School is a registered charity reinvesting all income to the school facilities, pupil opportunities and developing our exceptional teachers. We are grateful for the generous donations made by so many families, past and present, which ensure our school is able to continue to grow and improve year after year.
Within the last 12 months, the following school developments have been undertaken with the support of our extended school community;
- Full upgrade of the pupils IT suite with new Chromebooks for all students
- New astro fitted on all pitches
- Fully re-carpeted the main school
- Addition of new play equipment in the Early Years rooms
- Painted all classrooms
There are many ways to support The Ryleys School so if you would like to help out, please consider the following methods.

The Ryleys School Social Committee
The Ryleys School benefits from a proactive Social Committee which raises funds to pay for additional extras within the school to enhance facilities and resources.
A rich and entertaining calendar is put together by the committee so that raising money for the school couldn’t be more fun. Each year, the Social Committee organises a wonderful and glamorous ball which has always been a terrific fundraiser. As well as the Christmas and Summer Fairs, the Social Committee also organises events for the children, such as Film Night, Easter Egg Hunts, a magical Mum’s afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, and a special Dad’s breakfast for Father’s Day.
An important role of the Social Committee is the work it does to welcome new parents into the school. Many parents said that the Social Commitee made their transition into a new school much less daunting and they were easily able to make new friends.
Class Reps
The role of the class reps is to arrange social events for mums and dads so that they get to know other parents within their child's year. Each class has a rep and they will organise social nights for parents as well as play dates amongst the children so that everyone gets to know each other and enjoys time together outside of the school.
Summer Fair
The Social Committee always organises a spectacular summer fair, with children's rides, traditional stalls, aqua zorbing and entertainment for all.
