From The Head - Friday 19th April 2024
Welcome back to the supposedly Summer Term! I think we have experienced almost every type of weather this week and it has sadly meant a delayed start to using the pool.
The pool benefitted from a thorough clean and refurbishment over the holidays, and some new poolside shelters and a pool cover will be arriving over the next couple of weeks to give it a full facelift. All we need now is for the weather to play ball!
With this term being one of the shortest and busiest, there is much to look forward to and a lot to fit in. Apart from the usual plethora of school trips for the children, there is also the Prep residential trip, Alderley Edge Festival, Grandparents' afternoon tea, Summer Fair, transition events, End of Year Celebration... the list goes on!
We will keep you updated with more details as each event approaches and it is always worth keeping an eye on the calendar on the school website. Our school app is also a great source of information and encompasses all our different communication platforms.
We are excited to share the term ahead with you all and hopefully, summer will soon kick in!
