From The Head - Friday 10th January 2025
Welcome back to school and the first newsletter of 2025. It's been lovely to see everyone again and hear about your holidays.
While this may officially be called the Spring Term, I think we would all agree that there has been nothing remotely spring-like about this week!
The snow and whiteness may look very pretty, but it has not made it easy to get back into a routine which is always much needed after the Christmas break. However, we have carried on regardless and endeavoured to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum. Thank you for your understanding with any changes we have needed to make.
Despite the weather and not being able to play outside, the children have very much enjoyed be- ing back with their friends and catching up on their news. The return after the break can be a shock to the system after days of lounging around in pyjamas, but they have all thrown themselves back into the lessons and activities.
Hopefully, next week will be a complete return to normal and we are looking forward to warmer weather and longer days - the sooner the better!
